Hello everyone, I am French, please excuse me if I express myself sometimes badly ,
I have a c63 amg w204 of 2008, when I buy this vehicle the former owner inadvertently gave the system comand ntg4 in factory setting,
so I ended up with all the system in English and I'm no longer a navigation system, and the impossibility of changing the language, I buy a navigation DVD original mercedes v7 cartography 2010 (because the first versions c63 does not accept updates after 2014 v12)
but when I try to run instalation my drive, tells me systematically error ce00003001, or unreadable disc, I try in all possible place in the cd / dvd charger
I also tried with a DVD v12 2014 but the problem is the same ...
my cd dvd player works perfectly i listen to music and watch movies with them
did any of you ever encounter this problem?
The mercedes dealer in my city seems lost and can not answer me, I start to despair
