Updated sat nav card

Just got a 21/22 Garmin sat nav card from Synter Newcastle, however my car, 2019 GLC Audio 20, can't read it. Synter reckon my system needs updating, anyone any info on this? Old card works fine and new card is for Audio 20.

This worked for me. I had been messing about with my own SD card and failed to get it to work. But I followed the steps here, using the SKODA card.

The card for the C and GLC changed in 2018 (or so) when the Audio-20 head units changed from Mitsubishi to Panasonic - I suspect they just supplied the wrong one. Let me know the VIN and the card they supplied ! From memory (without checking) the 2019 unit will need a card starting A218 xxx xx xx

Hi Richard, thanks for the help. The sd card is numbered A213 906 41 10, vehicle bin is WDC2539462F629293.

I hope you sorted this. Yes your car has the newer Audio-20 . and that SD card is for the older one
