Upgrade of Audio 10

I've just bought an old (2002) C-class 200 kompressor, which I think is a W203. It's got the old Audio 10 CD player installed with cd changer in the glove compartment. I'd like to upgrade this and am keen on one of these Android double din units, so that I can get things like bluetooth, DAB, sat nav, etc. I've seen this on ebay:

Has anyone installed one of these ? Reading through the ad on ebay, it seems this should fit fine in my car.

Would anyone suggest an alternative to this (around the same price range).
