upgrade w220 s430 1999 radio unit

i want to try and upgrade my radio to digital and also the satnav along with Bluetooth, phone, and DVD etc etc, ive seen this but i see it states that my style is the s500 Mercedes but i have a 1999 s430 but that's shown as a later model, i would like to have the later 2002 model unit upgrade shown here (Pure Android 4.4.2 Car Stereo dvd Mercedes Benz S/CL Class W220 W215 S320 CL600 | eBay) so what im asking is has anyone fitted the 2002 unit into a 1999 s430 dash and what did they have to do to make everything connect back up behind the unit? Ido like the newer model as it has a larger screen and im not getting any younger at 59yrs old. thanks.

Having a 99 S430L I've also looked into this (without any real urgency) and so far it seems that the CD stacker may be an issue due to it's having an optical connection? You would lose the stacker or have to replace it - perhaps.
