Upgrading audio set up in an SLK.... IS IT POSSIBLE????

OK, here goes, i love my stereos and have just got me a 98 slk, and all it has is 2 front door speakers and an aftermarket crappy bottom end alpine head unit, i have ordered my new 9855 alpine top end head unit and i want to add speakers, when i viewed ther cars i know some had the bose 4 speaker system fitted where there was 2 speakers behid the seats, so i am thinking thismay be my only option, ideally i would like uprated front door speakers an possibly some 6x9s behind me all running from my head unit, but if i can get extra speakers in behind he seat aswell im up for that, wiring in an amp shouldnt be too hard, if needs be, its just placement of speakes thats the issue, does anyone know if its been done or if it can be done?
