Upgrading OEM AIR FILTERS

Hi I’m looking to upgrade my OEM air filters to Performance SPRINT air filters but I cannot find the correct ones on their website.

The OEM part number according to the Main Mercedes Benz dealer is as follows:


A6420940000


Email bounce with SPRINT Help desk is attached.

I’m at a loss and I’ve her in for service Wednesday 22 JULY And want to put them in along with upgrades Breakpads

Any help would be greatly appreciated or if I’m not on the correct club website can you point me in the right direction

I don't know the answer to your question, but someone who does might come along soon.

And, expect to get some responses that say that performance filters on an otherwise-unmodified car will make no difference whatsoever (other than perhaps more engine intake noise).

Personally, I never heard of SPRINT performance filters, though BMC have a good reputation, BMC High Performance Air Filters.

I once read diesels don't really like alot of air and work better with grubby air filters.??
 
Performance marketing !

A used filter has barely any flow loss but filters even better due to any larger pores in the structure being blocked .
