Car been into a local specialist after front suspension dropped following only recently repairing the rear.

Quoting £650 + vat + fitting. Main dealer wants £850 + fitting.

Are there any companies on here or any contacts I can try for a supply of the strut?

Thanks in advance

Presume its an airmatic and not ABC Strut?
Try MB Grangemouth , they are doing really good prices on genuine MB parts at the moment (Fraser on 01324 686002)
Alternatively Aerosus on 0203 514 9135 do recon units from Germany at about £425.
You'll need your local friendly Indy to fit it for you in addition of course...

Aerosus are the cheapest at £425

Arnotts are £512

Air Dominance are £429

Aerosus have some good reviews.

Finally, don't discount the reconditioned units from MB. Get a price from Grangemouth and Newcastle.

No idea about airmatic, but my ABC struts were cheapest from my local dealer, after they gave me a 15% discount.
Remember there is a core charge so you have to take back your old strut. Hence easier at your local dealer. And the Arnott company witheld payment to one member for the core charge. Plus shippi g to Holland or Belfium forget now.
Plus its genuine MB stuff and warranty! ( at any MB garage if you get a problem ).

Ooops should have updated, Arnotts did pay up eventually seems spam was the issue- however they dont sell direct anymore just through ECP (they will buy your old struts though- as said you have to arrange shipping to Holland)
As above Aerosus get good reviews Jay Manek uses them and last time I asked had nothing but good things to say. And yes, remember you will have to pay an additional returnable deposit which is refunded when they receive your old strut (core) back

Has the OP gone?
