A friend is cycling alone from Land's End to John O'Groats in aid of Zoe's Place, a hospice for babies. He has reached Scotland and really beginning to flag. Part of the problem is Ashley is now cycling through a beautiful but wet and windy area where there are very few places he can grab a tea, snack, chocolate bar etc. He has support from Thursday but today and tomorrow are the issue.
Are any forum members on the route able to flag him down and offer a brew or snack etc.? I'm sure people will know the actual route he is likely to be taking and his sister is monitoring him real-time so I can let you know what time he will be passing through a specific postcode.
Would be appreciated - also feel free to give a donation through the link above (if not allowed, please edit out that bit Admin)
