If you had a Kenwood head unit all you would need to do is connect the wire that should connect to the handbrake to an earth instead and you've cracked it. I've got a rear view camera on mine, how would that be dangerous if I could enable that whilst the vehicle was in motion?
So does mine. It's easy to do as well although mine was done before I bought the car.I was watching the Pink Floyd DVD "Pulse" and pulled away without thinking about the DVD then saw it was still running. I always make sure the DVD is removed before driving off now.
It is dangerous, but I question how safe it is to look at the nav screen on COMAND if you are unsure of your route? I know you get vocal directions, but I still look

So there's a climax about to occur (penalty in the World Cup, century in cricket, Usain about to break the tape, plane about to hit the World Trade Centre, Sarah Young giving it the money shot etc.) and you're driving down the local high street on a busy pramday morning.

I have now got my command centre fully functional, I want to access the menu to disable the 'while in motion blanked out' on the DVD , model of the car w215 year 2005. I have seen several ways to get into the system, but it seems that with each model it's different way to get in.
Any body help?
