I wonder if anyone knows if a cv joint from a vito 108 will fit my v-class automatic. People here seem to be having a problem like no listings for v-class. Thanks

Mechanically the V Class and 638 Vito are identical (as with the Viano and 639). I don't know if there's a difference between parts for auto and manual, but I would doubt it.

Thanks. I hope this is the case. Two quotes for the outer cv... 40 euro and 70 euro :(

Doesn't the EPC give the relevant part numbers? Wouldn't take it for granted the 639 was extensively redesigned.

I dont have epc. I dont get the feeling that the vito had much of anything changed...almost like why would we bother ..

Danny, If you want me to have a look, drop me a PM with the VIN and i'll let you know the part numbers :)

Sure was ... for a start the 639 is RWD rather than FWD!

I just meant that the 638 Vito and 638 V-Class were mechanicially the same, in the same way that the 639 Vito and 639 Viano are.
