Exhaust Gas Temperature. An EGT sensor is what he is referring to.

I did scientific tests, which were;

The light on the box 'blinked'.

I had a 'test' with another Brabus V6 owner.

Ohh well in that case then it's deffo not faulty....

Why would EGT's be increased due to a re-map or box?
I would have thought the fuel increase was compensated with air and timing in the maps created?
Are you saying the maps are over fueling to the point mixture is burning in the exhaust manifold?

Would like to understand
