V6 CDI. Loss of power after replacing DPF Pressure Sensor

The manifold will be blocked up with gunk making the flap mechanism hard to operate. I've been there, done that. The price for the manifolds ain't bad actually, was over £1500 inc VAT to fit, and I had to have a new shut off motor too.

Very good advice and do the egr one at the same time and save yourself a lot of expense

Well got some pictures of the problem.

Good news is that they have been able to clean these up and free off the valve so that's saved about £700.
