V8 Gear knob

I think I have seen these on SEC's, though i maybe wrong.

My bet would be its from a W140 or a C140. Does like nice but do confirm it is a genuine part.

my gear knob is similar, but that one looks like its been botched together. If you take a look at the one on Nav's SEC its original and looks alot better IMHO. Mine is like that but without the badly added sticker.

Am after a nice gear knob with a V8 logo on it, think it will go nicely on an E500

Apparently, its an OEM part from a G500 or G55 AMG.

They have the gear knob there for $99 which dont seem too bad and i think looks rather nice.
Not original parts but still look of decent quality.
A nice grey leather and burlwood one would match really nice in my car.

They also offer the adapter needed to make it fit your car.

The shift knob is a standard item from practically any model late-90s onwards as far as I can tell. The badge itself is under £3 from a stealership parts counter, if you can work out which one it is!

Been trawling through the Russian EPC and not found it yet, but I'm closing in on it.

EDIT: so far it looks like it's not from a G55 as they have an AMG badge.
