Value of W212 E63 SAMG

Hi everyone,
I have not posted in ages as work life balance has been out of the window for past couple of years.
I have been looking at prices of W212 E63’s (in particular SAMG) and they look pretty much the same as they were a few years ago.
Is it my imagination or have they really kept their value well?
Has anybody else seen a similar pattern with other models recently?

Compared to a couple of years ago, both the E63 and the S model have both increased in price by up to £3k.

Used car prices in general are very strong at the moment and for many cars like you are looking at they will have increased in value over the last year or so, hence probably about the same as they were 2-3 years back.

This is not unique to the E63 but reflective of many used cars of similar age etc.

The trade in offer on my 204 C63 estate has risen from £22k to £26k since January this year, from the same dealer.

I traded my W212 E63 to Mercedes Manchester Central almost three years ago.
It was up for sale very recently for 5K more than what I got from them
