Values on way up

Hi all,

It appears that second hand values of 4 x 4's are significantly (10%) on the way up ...at least in SE.

I think anyone who bailed out of a 4x 4 late last year would have taken a huge hit.
They are never going to be cheap to own, but at least now the used market is recovering to almost sensible levels.
If you bought one at Christmas when they were practically free with Cornflakes, then you will be quite pleased!
I’m in for the long haul….well a couple of years at least

The bad news is that when the world economy picks up again, oil/petrol prices will jump back to their natural level, and 120p/litre will start to hurt 4x4s again.

as the production rate of new cars is down - ive been expecting used car prices to start rallying
