Vanos Units

On my clk 63 both of my cam banks are over noisy I'm hoping it's the vanos units and not the cams ,I only have 33 k on the clock has anyone else experienced this issue?

Sounds low mileage for vanos maybe the solenoid or cam gear?

Quite a few problems in the USA with this engine. Fingers crossed your problems are not related to this issue......
