Yep

also never ever click on URLs in emails to update / check details or to login to your account no matter how authentic looking the emails are.

ALWAYS manually type your bank's/credit card company's URL in your browser bar or access it from your bookmarks, then login that way.

Usually once a month, Barclays and Natwest usually. just delete them. Never give your details away. Never reply..!

that includes sites like ebay - dont ever reply / respond or click a link regarding your personal info

I heard that some institutions have an e-mail address to forward such e-mail's to such that they can try and find the source.

link to send them is is usually like [email protected] (which works for ebay)

ebay are very good at responding - not sure about the banks, methinks they are about two years behind the nigerians/russian mafia or whoever sends this stuff...
