I'm looking to sell the E63, but with no real idea of what it's worth (except it will undoubtedly be much less than I hope...), I thought I might as well start with online buying services. WBAC and their like offer broadly similar amounts, but one of them has offered 25% more than WBAC, and nearly 20% more than the Parker's guide price. The site is Trustedcarbuyers.com.

It seems too good to be true, and things that seem too good to be true usually are... Has anybody had any dealings with them?

I reckon that kind of premium from an online quote is going to be a bait offer.

Maybe speak to a couple of specialist traders who sell these cars? WBAC won’t give you a true valuation - they’ll just dump it into an auction and a will have priced it to account for that (they want to make their margin, and so will whoever buys it at auction to sell on!)

Has to be worth an advert on here to begin with though, enthusiast audience and minimal hassle/zero cost? :)

Headline details at least - main spec options, mileage/owners/history etc?
