Vehicle Vin Query

Is it possible to obtain the VIN of a vehicle from the registration?

I'm looking to find out the options the car has and all I have is the registration.

Used to be , but not any more .

The site that did it stopped doing it.

Can we not get this via VIN number anymore then??

That's right.

I think to be honest we killed it , using it for VIN lookups all the time

I emailed them and apparently it cost them money everytime someone did a lookup , fine if you are buying parts from them , but not great if we see a nice car in the street and want to look up the spec !
