Very loud noise coming from drivers door W208 CLK55

Hi guys,

Odd one, got my car cleaned today as I'm driving away a very Lound, high pitched noise started to come from my speakers, the drivers door especially, anyone had this issue before?
I have uploaded a video of the issue, it does go away if I turn off the stereo.

Thats feedback.

Is there an aux "headphone jack " style lead somewhere touching metal?

Otherwise a fault in the Command Unit or something connected to it

Leave it off to prevent further damage

As I drove home from work I cranked it as loud as it could go and the drivers door speaker popped and the loud noise has gone so il just replace that speaker
