It really is calling out at me that car.

Shame as due to the huge expenses going out Im giving it a swerve. Whoever gets this is going to have one hell of a big smile on their face.

Also, going to Ashford tonight as I may grab the E300TD (W210) that is down there, basically the body is shocking and it has a broken spring, all else is OK, but if I could get it for say £900 or so Im going to break it for spares for mine and my dads as I have got space to do it now.

Still good value though, I doubt many people would bother bidding on it.

I went to an auction last Monday to buy some cheapies and cars I'd pay £600 for where going for a grand or more it was ridiculous but a nice T5 V70 that I saw at £4k went for £2,800 sadly I didn't have £3k spare to bid on it.

I do like W140 never driven a 3.2 one though I've only ever had a 500. If I was going to get a S320 I would have to get the 5 speed box which this was has.

James, It amazing what the cheap stuff is making down here.

I went to auction monday night and a W-Plate astra 1.6, 89k needing £200 paint made £1550, I had £800 for it.

I saw a hyundai accent coupe on an R-Plate make £775 and a 51-Plate Rover 400 1.8 done over 100k made £1325.

Scary when you think about it.

Im just hoping that people tonight wont see past the rust and hopefully I can get the 300TD cheap enough to warrant breaking it.
