Very Sad loss

Former England bowler Graham Dilley dies after illness:
Was a great bowler and loyal English cricket servant.
Will be greatly missed and may he RIP

I saw him after a John Player League game (remember those? 40 overs live on the Beeb) talking with the fans, pint in one hand and cigarette in the other.

If I remember correctly, he bowled right handed and batted left handed.

Only 52 - all reports say sudden and serious illness but nothing specific.

Terribly young to die.

A sad loss indeed. My abiding memory of him is the 1981 ashes. RIP and thoughts with those he left behind.
