Very slight engine splutter

hardly noticeable.....except when on tickover at lights etc.

Just a very slight 'judder' from the engine every second or so. Goes when depress accellerator slightly and go to 1000 or 1200 revs or so, but at 7/800 I can just tell it's there.

No one else has noticed it, it's just not a silky smooth tickover!

Suggestions as to what it might be and how to rectify please!

Sorry, i can't help but my 190 has started doing this recently too. I checked my plugs, distributer cap and rotor and all plug leads. All are fine. So id also be happy with any info that might help.

Probably worth running some injector cleaner through the for the placebo affect.

However, if you live in Crawley maybe its just getting scared when you go near the western edge of town.

I have had assorted cars do this now I think of it, could just be the mixture adjusting. Modern fuel injected cars rarely if it all attempt to run a perfect mixture, they just shuffle between slightly rich and slightly lean. Could be that, just put it down to a seasonal quirk that'll probably pass.
