Viano 2011 Auxiliary heating system

Hello again
3rd problem with my viano..... It does have auxiliary heating = button on the dash and heater with exhaust pipe under the passenger seat under the vehicle. However when pressing the button nothing happens, no light comes on. Can anyone tell me where I can find any components responsible for operation of this system and how to service it.

I have one. But in there only says how to operate it. Not much of a problem fixing

Just remembered I have a complete Eberspacher heating unit in a box somewhere, I removed it (along with the chem toilet) from a nearly new highways service welfare vehicle - Transit if I remember correctly - all in working order . Great for keeping warm overnight (or when parked up) in any large Diesel vehicle .

I must dig it out one day and put it on E-bay.
