Viano centre consol

Good afternoon all I’m after some advice. I have a 08 viano and want to change the bit of dash with the heating controls on. I’ve noticed a slightly newer looking one that appears the same shape does anyone no if they are a straight swap. I’ve attached a pic of each thanks in advance Andy

The Left hand one is Tempmatic & the one on the right is Thermatronic (digital) its not plug & play, You would need to install internal temp sensor & sun sensor plus the extra wiring loom which needs adapting & that is over the back of the AC/Heating unit, And coding. Think that's it. Hope that helps??
