Viano Ignition

when I tried to start my Viano this morning, the ignition won't turn. Nothing lights up. When I press the remote, nothing happens. The cabin lights work, but the automatic doors don't work. I've checked the battery and that is fine. Anyone have a suggestion? Do someone know where the fuse for the ignition is?

Try your other key to rule out a problem with that.

I'm not sure where you are based but if you might want to contact Replacement Mercedes Keys who are based in Birmingham. Im sure they will be able to sort your problem out.

As above but it does sound like a flat battery, I would put that out and charge it first.
So when you open the door does the cluster come alive?
