Hi there.
I’ve searched the web and not yet found what I need, so I thought I would ask here to see if others have experienced this issue.
I have a 2013 Viano and the fuel cover is loose. Not so loose it falls iff or anything, just loose enough that it doesn’t always close properly, catches the door as you close it, or is caught be a passenger exiting the vehicle.
On close inspection, it appears that the lower hinge no longer engages with the flap. I looks like it has dropped a couple of millimetres. Not sure how this can happen really. I can’t see any adjustment mechanism, I considered drilling it out and putting a nut and bolt in it’s place, but that feels not very MB.
Has anyone else had this issue or got any advice please?
