Folks,

Anyone out there able to help with the following problem.

When I am driving my 1988 300SL(107) at between 45 to 55 mph I feel a vibration coming from underneath the car.
Maybe the driveshaft??

Any help would be appreciated.

Part of exhaust - maybe rubbing on bodywork / bumper ? Hard to get under the car and check at that speed, really !

Silly question but are all your wheels still balanced, no weights dropped off the rims or any bulges in your tyres? Vibration at a particular speed range is a classic symptom unbalanced wheels.
