vin checker? russian site down

Hi all
Anyone know if there is a different vin checker site to the russian one as it has a message saying checks not available now?

John , if you have access to WIS ASRA EPC through the official club , there is somewhere in there you can put the VIN in to get a data card .

Stick your VIN into the box then select +CAR and click on the DATA CARD BUTTON top right of screen.
