Viseeo bought the wrong one? *pics*

Hey everyone please can i get some help..

i bought the MBU-1000 after a recent thread and some research
thought that this would be the right one...


Its arrived but doesn't fit, here are some pictures:

as you can see it clearly doesn't fit, so I've bought the wrong one right?
is this the case or am i missing something?

i just want my phone to work with all the inbuilt stuff etc thats all...

Assuming you bought it on ebay or elsewhere on the internet - Send it back under the distance selling rules which allows you to return it within seven days of receipt provided it is in as new condition.

Your car has UHI so you can remove the cradle thats in the armrest and insert a Viseeo MB4.

i needed the MBU2000 not the 1000 doh!

The 2000 is very old now and no longer made/supported.

MB-4 is the better cradle.

No software updates I believe. Having said that I have one and it works just fine with iphone 5.

Yes it should work fine with the 4S.

The MB-2 has been out of production now for almost two years so its unlikely the one you have bought is new im afraid.

Ask yourself if it is new when its been out of production so long?

The MB4 is a way better cradle as it uses the Parrot chipset not a proprietry one. The MB-2 was no where near as reliable and is stuck in time as far as product support is concerned.

Also if they ship that from Australia then you will get stung on VAT when it arrives.

That is what is was originally intended for. But considering the first message, wouldn't the MBU-1000 work with UHI too, along with a 61xx cradle?

That's the set-up I have exactly. Works great although initial problems with iP3S needed sorted.

MBU1000 does work in a 6310i UHI cradle, but its not as rock-solid as the MBU designed direct for UHI. MBU3000 does not work in a 6310i UHI cradle though.

I'm trying to return it to the person i bought if from on ebay etc

if not, you can have it for exactly what i paid for it?
