Viseeo MB-2 "no phone" message

Just changed from a perfectly working Nokia cradle to Viseeo MB2 blue-toothed to iPhone 3gs. Phone pairs ok and adaptor powers up ok but car displays "no phone". Viseeo support no help. Any suggestions?

Try re-booting the phone. My set-up occasionally does the same and for no apparent reason.

I have the same thing now and again. For some reason going into the Bluetooth bit in IPhone settings menu solves it

Ensure its pushed properly onto the connector.

The unit can get power but not make the other connections. Or your MB-2 is broken. And they stopped making them ages ago so no warranty left.

Thank you to those who replied. Inserted unit again today and it just worked 1st time. Suspect insertion technique requires surgical skills!
