Hi all, I have encountered a problem with my 2 month old Viseeo MB2 which resides in my W211 its a 54 spec and when I first used the unit it was fine but for a few weeks now all incoming and outgoing calls are muted, whoever I,m connected to can hear me fine but I can just about hear them.

I have reset it numerous times tried different phones all to no avail.. is there a master volume control somewhere I have missed ??

Not really a response to your question I' afraid but just an observation that I had one of these which only worked intermittently. Sometimes it would pair with my phone, sometimes not. Sometimes it would ring and you could answer the call and sometimes it wouldn't answer. Solution each time was to take it out of the cradle and reconnect. Usually worked, for a while.

Could tell who was calling but call lists badly scrambled.

Replaced with MB HFP ( I think it's called, not the SAP BT one) which has been perfect.

Mine did exactly the same - sent it back to Comand Online who flashed the firmware, seems fine since. Agree that it can be very flaky considering the price of it though.

my wifes occasionally does this.. a search reveals that it needs a firmware update using the kit provided in the box... I cant be bothered though!

This is a known bug in older firmware and the device needs updating as per the instructions with the cable in.

The "new" version of firmware released last year has made the device very reliable - almost no customer issues since then which is good.

Never, ever, disconnect the Viseeo from the PC during an update even if it seems stuck. - just wait for it to finish.

After the upgrade you must do a master reset (which I always do twice), by holding 2nd button for 10 seconds the whilst holding press bottom button and let go of both together.

You will know a master reset worked because the unit will flash the PAIR light, and it will have lost the pairing with yoru phone

If you don't want to attempt an upgrade and are having problems, comand online will do the upgrade for their customers during the warranty period foc of course.
