vito 113 door locking issues

Hi All,
help needed or at least a push in the right direction. I've got a Vito 113 w639 taxi 2013.
the passenger door will not lock from the key fob or the dash button it will lock manually, however it will unlock from the key fob and the dash button, I've replaced the lock with a new one from MB but this hasn't fixed there issue, all the other locks are working fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

My guess would be the strike plate contacts on the door, check for the pins on the door side as they have a tendency to bend enough for them not to work.

My fault I meant the front passenger door not the rear sliding door. Apologies Big UN
