Thought I'd best say hello and introduce myself
I've just purchased a 2008 115 Sport LWB Dualiner.
This is to replace two vehicles in one go.
I PX'd my '07 Mondeo ST TDCi Estate and will be advertising my old '98 Vito 113 Auto Dualiner for sale soon.
The original Vito was purchased as a Dog vehicle, and as the No of dogs grew steadily we then removed the rear seats to have it fully caged out (the rear seats have spent most of the last 7 years languishing in my father's garage).
For the last couple of years the Vito has less use and we were using the Mondeo (with a double dog cage in the boot)and/or with a four berth twi axle Dog Trailer attached.
So the plan is to cut down on insurance tax etc by only having two vehicles (my wife drives a micra as a runaround).
Plans for the new Vito include;
Fitting mudflaps all round (already purchased)
Fitting the caging (just the rear section) from our old Vito, leaving the rear seats in use.
Fitting a towbar (for the trailer when required)
Fitting a bluetooth kit
Fitting an Auxilliary connection for my iPod
Hopefully you guys and girls will be able to assist in the future with any queries (me thinks BTB500 especially!)
Cheers
Carl
