Vito 122 lumpy tick over

I've just bought a 122 CDI Vito and have noticed on some, not all start ups, regardless of wether the engin is warm or cold that tick over can be quite lumpy this goes away after a couple of blips of the the throttle. It's a 14 plate with 8k on the clock so it's still under warranty. I just thought I'd ask if anyone else has had this problem, is it common or is it a new one.

Not a common problem ... I would get it checked out.

One of the sweet things about the V6 engine is it's smoothness at all times. As Bill says, have it checked out…not wishing to teach you how to suck eggs but you will need a commercial dealer. That is no bad thing because they normally offer collect and return for free (I have found) and they operate 24hrs a day where their mechanics work early, late and night shifts so should be no problem having it checked out quickly.
