vito 2003 cdi112 lack of power

Hi guys
My vito will only go up to 70mph at the min and is defo not as quick as it usually is. even when flat out at 70 when you come to a gradual hill it slows right down to as little as 50mph.
Can anyone shed any light of the problem.

Great, ill check the items mentioned. I must admit when flat out (70mph) when you come back off the gas there is a noise like the turbo continues to spool faster or pressure releasing from somewhere.
