Vito 2021 OM654 Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Location?

Received error code P300453 'Engine oil tmperature sensor' has a short circuit to ground.

For Vito 2021 OM654, where is the Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Location, is it shared with the engine oil level sensor at the bottom of the oil pan?

I have a 2012 Vito 113 Cdi throwing a code P0198 leading me to the oil temperature sensor also. Is it in a similar location? thanks

Thanks, i replaced the sensor with a brand new one from mercedes, however i am still getting the error: P300453 'Engine oil tmperature sensor' has a short circuit to ground.

What other steps can i do to diagnose this issue?

You need to test the wiring between the sensor and the ecu next

Thanks, that what i was thinking too, do you know where i can find the wiring diagram for the OM654.920 engine, or know which ECU pins correspond to the temperature sensor? If not, what’s the best way to trace it manually.
