vito command in german?

hi there my vito has command and its in german. think it needs an update or something. what do i need to buy? is it a disc from mercedes and if so is there a part number.

Just go into the menu and select English.

tried it and it wont let me select it

a guy at local garage changed it on his star machine and it went back to german. he says i need a disc from merc to update it

Mmmm, mine is europe and I can go all over and select language.
There must be a simple fix

What unit is it?
