Vito 639
Hi all, new to the forum and looking for a bit of help please.
I have a 2012 vito w639 diesel. I had a nudge bar fitted but it scrapes on some speed bumps and things. I am hoping to get it raised by 1 to 2 inch, I have looked at risers which I cant find the right info.
Coilovers are coming back at between £1500 and £1800, so a bit expensive.
New shocks and springs but cant find the spec of what is already on my van.
So any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Vito shocks and springs would raise the front by perhaps 2". But expect a harder ride as they're designed for hauling weight.

The rear will raise as well automatically, but may be close to it's limit.

Isn't it possible to fit nudge bars that sit higher? It wouldn't be my preference to mess with the suspension set up w/o good reason.

Normally people want to lower vans rather than raise them! There is a 4x4 version of the W639 (in LHD only) which does sit higher - wonder if you could find a spring set for that.

Like m80 I would be looking to change the bars instead though ... lifting the van will affect the handling to some extent, and may be an issue with insurance.
