Vito rear fog light not working

Hi All

I've got a 2004 Vito W639 with an inoperative rear fog light.
The warning light on the switch illuminates ok but no light at the rear. The bulb works fine but there is no power to it - does anyone have any suggestions or come across this before

My near side one doesn't work either...

They don't, which is why I asked which side he was talking about. In a UK model only the offside bulb comes on.
