Hello
I have a 2012 Vito I got for family camping trips this summer, brilliant little van.
But it's developed a bit of a dry U joint in the steering which has been accentuated by sticking a set of 18" alloys on. (The size is an option for this van).
A quick lube with penetrating oil or 3 in 1 gets everything smooth again for a few weeks but the issue comes back and a bit worse each time.
Any other Vito owners suffered this?, was quoted for an entire new steering column at over £500 which seems steep.
Was hoping I could just replace the lower steering shaft but it looks like after 2010 you can't?.
