Vito Van 114cdi Brake upgrade

Hi all,I am new to the forum,I have recently bought a Vito 114CDI with 16 inch alloy wheels, can I ask has anyone upgraded the front brakes as I find them very inadequate.they have the 300mm brake discs fitted.does anybody know if the 330 disc are easy to fit and what alterations do i need to do? are they a lot better?or are Mintex pads a solution on these discs,Has anybody used any other combo?
