Vito w639 charge movement flap

Hi guys any idea what issue this means or What the fix can be car does struggle when fault is on ECU when I delete fault goes away then comes back after couple of days.

*P200A the charge movement flap (cylinder bank 1) has malfunction
*adaptation incorrect
*intermittent
*mechanical fault

that makes 2 of us , the charge movement flap ( cylinder bank 1 ) is stuck off . the actuator does not open

Yeah Swirl flaps. I've had them deleted on mine now
