Vito W639 Phone Holder & Cradle

Wonder if you can help point me in the right direction to obtain a mercedes vito phone holder and cradle. Can't seem to find any about anywhere...

The actual cradle detaches (I have a bluetooth unit there now), weird if someone has removed the base it fits on to though

£70 the lot with a pay as you go phone on Orange Nokia 6230, Genuine B6 787 5832 cradle and dash mount.

What radio is fitted and has the wire been cut?
