It looks like it needs charging every 7 days which I guess is okay but for me, it rules it out as a pure tracking device. Not very practical if we have a lead running from any visible in car socket

I use it as a proximity sensor, so if the car leaves my iPhone I will be alerted, perfect for night time and when parked in the day. The tracker is located behind the USB port hidden underneath the centre console. £2 per month is a bargain, also I noticed some of the top trackers using the same Vodafone tech.
