Hi all, this is my first post after buying 2012 c class sport saloon, love the car but would like some information regarding the speech button on the steering wheel, I know its voice control, when I press it only activates the sat nav and never understands my command, can I reset the commands which the last owner set, any help would be great thanks guys and gals

I've just got a 2012 eclass with command, and there is a procedure for erasing previously stored learned voices and to start again. I cannot remember exactly how i did it, but it might be in the settings menu.

It asks you to repeat around 40 phrases so it learns your voice.

Not sure if this is available without command / linguatronic though.
