I've looked at these for a while, so much car (and engine) for the money.

I had a Phaeton prior to buying the CL. It was under three years old and full of corrosion. Alloy body held in place by mild steel fixings. Along both doors, wings, roof, in short, all the panels were affected.
Prior to that the air con went as did the headlights. The motor that opened the vents packed in. Even the drive belt snapped.
Yes they would fix it. Did I want it fixed? No. I had lost all confidence in it.
On the plus side it was very comfortable.
