I am at present trying to get this car back on the road. Working on the brakes at present and struggling to identify the front brake flexibles. Went onto ebay and there was no problem obtaining a set for my model and year. However when I checked the length they seem to be well short of the one I have removed.
I am thinking perhaps an incorrect hose has been fitted at some time. When I look at the ATE site they give lengths of hose over the hexagon not the full pipe length. Suppliers seem to have various lengths and ways to measure. I getting confused. The one I have removed is about 245mm over hexagon, 270mm over all.
Can anyone help with this. I need to know the correct length and where this is measured. Its a 1975 280CE coupe auto.
