W115 240d: Great deal on Bilstein HD (rear) struts

If you're an owner of the stroke 8 chassis, you may be interested in purchasing a set of these like I was. After 43 years, the original struts may need replacing. I say may because nothing major on this over engineered vehicle does. I paid £85 per strut, which is reasonable considering that these are the heavy duty struts that are made in Germany and sell for nearly twice that price on eBay etc. Like the front, all mounting hardware and sleeves come with the strut.
