W124 300CE Windscreen and front seats!!!

I have neither at the moment, but last time i sold a screen, i got the local lads i use for taking out screens to do it and it cracked, so no sale, and no charge. A new one from them fitted is £190.00, and a saloon £110.00, but they are in Bradford
Shewalton Auto Breakers in Irvine had in a W124 CE ( can't remember if it was a 230 or a 300 ) two or three weeks back - the car was signal red with AMG bodykit and mushroom leather ( facelift style ) interior . The car was complete apart from its wheels when I saw it and no accident damage . The certificate of destruction had been issued so it could only be broken for parts - one of my friends went back for the front bumper - don't know what is left now .

I would reckon the chances of finding a half-reasonable CE screen, then being able to remove it in one piece, then transporting and refitting it, will be just about nil.
New screen/removal/refitting cost me a shade under £300 all in - a new moulding is also required.

can't you get a new screen of you insurance and pay the £50-£70 screen excess?
Hi thanks all for your replys I could not get one of insurance as I have traders policy so no windscreen cover!!!! but got some prices £225+VAT fitted and another was £110+VAT fitted both come to me but not to sure that the £110 was for my car but i did give them number plate. The seats I need to check again if they do not or do lock in place while driving I remember I tried to take them out once and the bolts for the frame can not be reached as the postion of the seats is stuck!!!!
